The Engineering Manager will lead a  Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) Food & Beverage plant's engineering team and support all strategic, operational, and policy aspects of the plant in the areas of safety, quality, performance, management, and organizational objectives. Leading the Engineering team, you will have two Project Engineers as direct reports responsible for leading all Capital Engineering Projects.  

Who Will Be a Great Fit? 

• 7+ years of Engineering Project experience required, preferably in CPG beverage/food manufacturing.
• Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing certification(s) a plus
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Science discipline.
