The Supervisor is the first line leader for the Paper Department and works rotating shift. This position is key to shift operation and productivity, supervising the union hourly workforce assigned to the department. The successful candidate will understand and align business operations and Paper as he/she executes their role to exceed expectations and align with company business, cultural, financial and operational objectives.
Bachelor's degree preferred; Pulp and Paper Science or engineering a plus. Associates may work with appropriate background.
