3+ years of experience leading a healthcare food management team in a hospital or nursing home.
Proven experience managing and coordinating employees with a demonstrated understanding of creative scheduling and creative operational process/procedure analysis.
Ability to work effectively in a complex, multi-entity health system.
Familiarity with NYSDOH and other food service regulations.
Excellent leadership, interpersonal, communication (written and oral), analytical, and organizational skills.
Proven success in handling the public cordially and professionally.
Computer literacy is required
BA or BS Degree (a current certified dietary manager may be considered.
Diet Tech or Dietitian preferred.)
