Join our premier client as an Oncology RN, where you will play a pivotal role in organizing, modifying, evaluating, documenting, and maintaining the care plans for oncology patients.
Key Responsibilities:
Care Plan Management: Develop, implement, revise, and delegate nursing care, ensuring that it aligns with the specific needs of oncology patients.
Technical Expertise: Perform essential technical skills as outlined by your education, expertise, and unit requirements.
Patient Education: Integrate patient education into all facets of nursing practice, ensuring that patients and their families receive the necessary information and support.
A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is required. For exceptional candidates with a strong Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN), we will consider your application, but acceptance is contingent on enrollment in a BSN program with an impending graduation.
Chemo certification is preferred but not mandatory.
A robust background in acute Med-Surgical nursing is essential, with a minimum of 2 years of recent Med-Surgical experience. You must have acute care experience within the last year.
While not mandatory, prior experience in Oncology is preferred and highly valued.
