Compensation: Competitive salary in the range of $65,000 to $95,000

Key Responsibilities:
As an Occupational Therapist, your role is pivotal in providing skilled occupational therapy treatments in line with physician orders. You will maintain vital communication with physicians, uphold detailed written evaluations, progress notes, MDS records, and discharge summaries for residents enrolled in occupational therapy programs. Collaborating with other healthcare professionals, you will address the unique needs of residents, promoting their rehabilitation and functional maintenance. Your participation in Resident Care Planning meetings is crucial, and you will also step in during the absence of the Director of Occupational Therapy. Maintaining thorough statistical records of residents' treatments and assisting with in-service training programs upon request are additional aspects of your role. You will be responsible for recording and updating residents' care plans.
