Our valued client is currently in search of an Obstetrics Surgical Technologist to join their dedicated team in Arlington, Texas. As an essential member of our healthcare practice, you will play a crucial role in delivering top-quality, efficient patient care. 1. Act as a sterile member of the surgical team in the operating room.
2. Provide valuable assistance to surgeons and professional nursing staff under their guidance.
3. Contribute to the management of medical equipment and supplies, ensuring they are readily available and in optimal condition.
4. Participate in the orientation of newly hired scrub technician staff, sharing your expertise and knowledge.
5. Fulfill assigned call coverage duties as required to maintain the continuity of patient care.

Who Will Be a Great Fit?  

Education/Licensure/Certifications:

• Successful completion of an accredited educational program for Surgical Technologists and current Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association is mandatory.

Minimum Experience:

• A minimum of 1 year of recent experience working as an Obstetrics Surgical Technologist in an acute care healthcare setting is essential.
