Job description:

Provides departmental leadership, improves organizational performance, manages environment of care, budget, staffing, and quality of care. Works under the supervision of the CNO.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of Recent ACUTE CARE Director Experience in the CVICU REQUIRED * Would speak with Manager Candidates that have 3+ years of experience in the CVICU as a Manager
  • Current Florida license as Registered Nurse or Recognized Compact Licensure (subject to Florida State Licensing Requirements, including/not limited to ongoing eligibility and duration provisions)
  • BSN REQUIRED
  • Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification or must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
