Overview: As the Director of Clinical Services, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and directing patient care operations at our home care facility. Your responsibilities will include coordinating projects to support company objectives, ensuring patient eligibility for home care services, and supervising total home health care. This role requires adherence to state and federal regulations, enhancing agency profitability, motivating staff, and maintaining service quality.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and ensure high-quality patient care services throughout the episode of care.
• Oversee patient referral coordination, assessment, plan development, and implementation.
• Communicate effectively with staff to ensure informed decision-making.
• Monitor and assess employee performance, conduct regular evaluations, and participate in staff recruitment.
• Serve as a member of the Management and QAPI Teams, implementing performance improvement projects and strategic planning.
• Drive operational metrics, including productivity, growth, quality, and financial targets.
• Act as Emergency Coordinator during emergencies and ensure appropriate plan execution.
• Address customer concerns promptly and professionally, collaborating with the sales team to grow the business.

Qualifications:

• Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid Driver's License, vehicle insurance, and access to reliable transportation.
• Previous experience in home care or related healthcare settings preferred.
