Directly reporting to the Administrative Director Nursing for the Long Term Care Division, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional resident care and facility operations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead overall operations of the Nursing Home as needed.
• Develop, implement, and maintain policies and procedures in compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Conduct regular audits and investigations as necessary.
• Mentor and develop staff, fostering meaningful relationships with residents and families.
• Provide clinical leadership when required, ensuring quality care delivery.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or willingness to actively pursue. Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing.
• Licensure: Current New York State Registered Professional Nursing License.
• Experience: Minimum four years of managerial experience and two years of nursing experience in Long Term Care. Prior Assistant Director level experience preferred.
• Additional Skills: Proficiency in computer applications, PRI and MDS knowledge/experience preferred.
