Work Schedule: Full-Time, Monday to Friday, Day Shifts
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language services to patients within a Skilled Nursing Facility setting.
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement therapeutic interventions to address communication and swallowing disorders.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience providing speech and language services in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting.
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Possession of a valid New York State Speech-Language Pathology license in good standing.
- CCC credential from ASHA is highly desirable.
- Strong consideration given to Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates.
