Position Overview:

We are in search of a dedicated Inpatient Rehabilitation RN ready to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, fostering comprehensive care and optimal recovery for our diverse patient population.

About Our Inpatient Rehab Unit:

• Capacity: A specialized 14-bed unit
• Accreditation: Proudly CARF certified
• Patient Population: Includes individuals recovering from strokes, spinal cord injuries, amputations, major multi-traumas, femur fractures, brain injuries, neurological disorders (MS, Parkinson’s, Guillain-Barré, etc.), and joint replacements.
• Patient Care: Emphasis on 3 hours of therapy daily with 24-hour nursing care
• Average Stay: Ranges from 1-3 weeks

Your Role Involves:

• Conducting thorough patient assessments
• Developing and implementing personalized care plans
• Ensuring a supportive, therapeutic environment for rehabilitation

Qualifications:

• Education: Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• Experience: At least 1+ years’ relevant experience
• Licenses/Certifications:
  • Must hold current RN licensure from the State of Practice
  • BLS certification preferred
  • CRRN (Certification for Rehabilitation for Registered Nurses), Stroke Certification, and Neuro Certification are advantageous
