Join our dynamic team as an Emergency Department Registered Nurse in Baltimore, Maryland. We're seeking a skilled and compassionate RN to provide exceptional patient care in our newly renovated, state-of-the-art emergency facility.

Job Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care in compliance with Maryland Nurse Practice Act and ANA/ENA standards
• Develop and implement personalized patient care plans, addressing physical, psychosocial, and educational needs
• Continuously assess patients for changes in condition and adjust care accordingly
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain up-to-date clinical knowledge and skills to meet current practice standards
• Ensure a safe and secure environment for patients and staff
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training programs

Job Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
• Current RN licensure with Maryland Board of Nursing (or Compact State)
• Minimum 2 years of Emergency Room RN experience within the last 4 years
• BLS certification required; ACLS certification within 6 months of hire
• PALS and Hazmat certifications within one year of hire
• Certification in Emergency Nursing preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment
