• Implement the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation
• Provide high-quality patient care in a 30-bed Medical Telemetry Unit
• Manage a 1:6 nurse-to-patient ratio, caring for adult patients (18+ years)
• Specialize in treating conditions such as Acute Coronary Syndrome, CHF, and Arrhythmias
• Coordinate patient teaching and implement quality/safety initiatives
• Assume Charge Nurse responsibilities and participate in unit-specific projects
• Contribute to a collaborative healthcare team environment
• Active RN license or eligibility for licensure in Virginia
• Associates in Nursing (RN Diploma, ASN, or ADN) required; BSN preferred
• Strong clinical skills in telemetry and cardiac care
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Commitment to ongoing professional development
• Experience in Level 2 Trauma Centers is a plus
