• Develop and implement individualized treatment programs for diverse patient populations
• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and assessments
• Utilize various therapeutic techniques including exercise, gait training, and modalities
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff members
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care
• Ensure compliance with all safety and infection control protocols
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education
• New York State Physical Therapy license (or eligibility to obtain)
• BLS certification (required within 90 days of hire)
• Experience in hospital settings preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to lift 30 pounds independently and 150 pounds with assistance
