• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including CMO, CNO, and ancillary service leaders

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification
• 5+ years of leadership experience in acute care Hospital Case Management
• Proven track record of executive-level communication and collaboration
