This full-time, direct-hire opportunity offers a competitive salary range of $83,200-$104,000, based on experience, along with an excellent benefits package.
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans for residents
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic activities to enhance residents' daily living skills
• Monitor and assess resident progress, preparing detailed reports
• Provide rehabilitation services for residents with various communication and swallowing disorders
• Maintain a safe, clean, and confidential working environment
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all resident care services
• Master's degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program
• Current New York State SLP license
• Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are welcome to apply
• Experience in skilled nursing or geriatric care is preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in electronic health record systems
