We're seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our 5-star rated skilled nursing facility in Lancaster, NY. This role offers an opportunity to make a significant impact on residents' lives while working in a close-knit, family-oriented environment.
• Conduct communication screenings and in-depth evaluations
• Develop and implement speech-language therapy treatment plans
• Perform audiometric screenings and make audiology referrals
• Maintain detailed patient records and progress notes
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive care
• Participate in care planning meetings and family conferences
• Conduct in-service training for facility staff
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• New York State license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Clinical Competence Certification from ASHA (preferred)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

• Direct hire position with competitive salary ($61,000 - $91,000)
