Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver expert emergency care in a fast-paced, diverse patient environment
• Perform critical emergency procedures and interventions
• Collaborate with Advanced Practice Providers to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Utilize Cerner EMR with Dragon voice recognition for efficient documentation
• Contribute to a culture of excellence in patient satisfaction and clinical outcomes

Qualifications:

• Board-certified/board-eligible in Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine with ED experience
• Active Florida Medical License or eligibility
• Current ATLS, ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications
• Proficiency in Cerner EMR preferred
• Strong procedural skills and ability to manage diverse emergency cases
• Adaptable, patient-focused, and collaborative mindset

Schedule & Compensation:

• Full-time (12 shifts/month) and part-time (6 shifts/month) options available
• 12-hour shifts (7a-7p and 7p-7a)
• Competitive base pay of $210/hour plus $5/hour patient satisfaction bonus
• 1099 independent contractor status
• Malpractice insurance with tail coverage provided
