Job Responsibilities

• Manage acute inpatient care in a 25-bed critical access hospital
• Oversee ICU patients and perform advanced procedures
• Collaborate with Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) for comprehensive patient care
• Provide on-call coverage during night shifts
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and maintain high patient satisfaction

Job Requirements

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Eligible for North Dakota Medical License and DEA without restrictions
• Proficiency in procedures such as thoracentesis, paracentesis, central lines, and ventilator management
• ACLS certification required; PALS and ATLS preferred
• Experience with Meditech EHR system
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
