We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our client's team in Utica, NY. This role offers an opportunity to make a significant impact on residents' lives in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting.
• Develop and implement speech-language therapy treatment plans
• Conduct audiometric screenings and recommend further audiology services
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive resident care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of assessments and treatments
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training programs
• Master's degree in Speech and Language Pathology
• Current New York State license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Clinical Competence Certification from the American Speech and Hearing Association (preferred)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in electronic health record systems
