Qualifications:

Required Certifications: Registered Nurse in the state of West Virginia, Basic BLS CPR-certified and up-to-date annually required Years of Experience: 3+ in management
Must Have Skills/Experience: Charge or supervision in LTC previous awareness of MDS process in LTC Preferred Skillset/Experience: Type of Patients on Unit: LTC and skilled nursing
