Position Purpose
The Strategic Account Executive will play a crucial role in driving the strategic growth and retention of Hometown Healths Large Group and Self-funded LOBs. This position will be the face of Hometown Health and will consistently engage in person with influential brokers, employers, and community and government leaders to drive new business growth and retention. This position is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, retaining existing strategic groups, building strategic relationships, and executing strategies to expand our market presence and achieve revenue goals. The ideal candidate will be a results-oriented professional with a strong track record in Large Group and Self-funded health insurance sales, business development, strategic planning, and relationship management.
Education:
Must have working-level knowledge of the English language, including reading, writing, and speaking English. Bachelors degree in related field preferred (can substitute 4 years of related experience).
