• Develop and implement strategies to enhance patient safety, care quality, and overall experience
• Foster a supportive environment promoting staff growth and best nursing practices

• Facilitate interdisciplinary teamwork and communication
• Oversee recruitment, training, and professional development of ER staff
• Manage Emergency Department, SSH Clinical Leaders, and Medic 55 ALS Program
• Minimum 2 years acute hospital emergency room experience as a registered nurse
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• Current New York State Nursing License
• Active certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS/ENPC, Basic Coronary Care
• Emergency Nurses Association certification
• TNCC and CPI certifications
• Demonstrated leadership skills and team-oriented approach
