This role offers a competitive salary range of $70,000-$100,000, plus a $15,000 sign-on bonus and excellent benefits.
• Evaluate patients' physical conditions and develop tailored treatment programs
• Administer various physical therapy treatments, including exercise, gait training, and soft tissue mobility
• Instruct patients on proper use of assistive devices and equipment
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment plans
• Adhere to safety protocols and infection control procedures
• Participate in professional development opportunities
• New York State Physical Therapy license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Experience in pediatric physical therapy preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to lift 30 pounds independently and 150 pounds with assistance
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 90 days of hire
