Medical Director, Behavioral Health & Addiction Medicine

Essential Responsibilities:

• Lead clinical strategy and program development in partnership with executive leadership team
• Direct medical and psychiatric services, ensuring compliance with state/federal regulations and CARF standards
• Oversee quality improvement initiatives and treatment outcomes
• Lead physician recruitment and development of fellowship programs
• Drive integration of physical and behavioral healthcare services
• Provide clinical leadership for multi-disciplinary treatment teams
• Develop innovative whole-person treatment approaches
• Establish community partnerships and coordinate care with external providers

Required Qualifications:

• MD/DO degree with current Washington State medical license and prescriptive authority
• Board certification in Addiction Medicine strongly preferred
• Demonstrated experience treating complex co-occurring disorders
• Strong clinical leadership and program development experience
• Excellence in team building and provider relations
• Experience with CCBHC model and integrated care delivery
