Clinical Nurse Manager - Behavioral Health Services

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a behavioral health nursing team while ensuring excellent patient care delivery
• Develop and implement staff education programs and annual competency assessments
• Manage daily operations including staffing, scheduling, and productivity metrics
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Monitor and maintain quality standards in behavioral health nursing care
• Serve as clinical expert in behavioral health treatment modalities
• Partner with Program Director and Director of Nursing to advance department goals
• Oversee patient care quality initiatives and implement improvements

Required Qualifications:

• Current Registered Nurse license
• BSN or MSN preferred
• 3-5 years behavioral health nursing experience
• Proven leadership experience in clinical setting
• Inpatient acute care experience required
• BCLS certification (or obtain within 30 days)
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention certification (or obtain within 30 days)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
