Clinical Nurse Manager - Post-Surgical Neuro-Oncology Unit

Leading healthcare organization in Cincinnati seeks an experienced Clinical Nurse Manager to lead our 34-bed Post-Surgical Neuro-Oncology Unit. This role combines clinical expertise with leadership skills to drive excellence in patient care and team development while overseeing a staff of 40-45 FTEs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a dedicated team of nursing professionals in delivering exceptional patient care
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance unit performance and patient outcomes
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational policies
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation
• Drive quality improvement initiatives and monitor clinical outcomes
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care delivery
• Oversee unit budget and financial performance
• Support professional development of staff through education and training

Required Qualifications:

• Current RN license in state of practice or active compact license
• Current BLS certification
• Associate's Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma (BSN preferred)
• Minimum 1 year leadership experience in acute care setting
• Proven track record of clinical excellence and team leadership
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with quality metrics and performance improvement
