Nurse Unit Manager - Short-Term Rehabilitation (STR)

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Registered Nurse (RN) to lead our Short-Term Rehabilitation unit in Pennsylvania. As the Unit Manager, you will oversee a specialized med/surg environment focused on quality patient care and rehabilitation services for stays up to 15 days. Essential Responsibilities:

• Direct daily operations of the short-term rehabilitation unit
• Ensure delivery of exceptional patient care and clinical outcomes
• Lead, mentor, and develop nursing staff

• Manage staff scheduling and resource allocation
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
• Monitor compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications:

• Current Pennsylvania RN license in good standing
• 5+ years of nursing experience in Med/Surg or Rehabilitation settings
• 3+ years of proven nurse leadership experience
• Strong clinical assessment and wound care knowledge
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with healthcare quality metrics and regulatory compliance
