Required Qualifications

• BSN degree required (MSN preferred)
• Current Texas RN license or Compact State license
• 5+ years of recent acute care perioperative nursing management experience
• Current BLS certification (AHA or American Red Cross)
• CNOR certification (required within first year)
• Proven leadership experience in surgical services
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
