Neurosurgical Medical-Surgical Nurse Manager

Essential Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage daily operations of the Neurosurgical Medical-Surgical department

Required Qualifications:

• BSN from an accredited nursing program required
• Current Texas RN license or Compact State license
• 3-5 years of recent acute care leadership experience in ICU or Neurological unit
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Strong clinical background with 2-5 years of hands-on experience
• Excellence in staff management and interdisciplinary collaboration
• Proven track record in quality improvement and patient satisfaction
