Emergency Department Nursing Manager (Night Shift)

Essential Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of emergency care professionals while maintaining clinical excellence and operational efficiency
• Drive quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
• Implement evidence-based practices to enhance patient safety and clinical outcomes
• Oversee patient flow, resource management, and staffing optimization
• Foster interdepartmental collaboration and communication
• Monitor and improve patient satisfaction metrics
• Manage department budget and resource allocation
• Develop and maintain emergency response protocols
• Ensure staff competency through education and training programs

Required Qualifications:

• Current RN license with Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required
• Minimum 3 years recent ER nursing leadership experience
• Current BCLS certification required
• ACLS certification (must obtain within 90 days of hire)
• PALS certification (must obtain within 5 months of hire)
• Strong clinical decision-making and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
