Director of Women's Health & Labor and Delivery Services

Position Overview

As Director, you'll lead clinical operations, ensure excellence in patient care, and drive strategic initiatives within our women's health services. This role combines clinical expertise with business acumen to deliver outstanding patient outcomes while managing departmental resources effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of nursing professionals across labor and delivery, postpartum, and women's health services
• Drive clinical excellence through evidence-based practices and quality improvement initiatives
• Oversee departmental operations, including budgeting, staffing, and resource allocation
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accreditation standards
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance patient experience and clinical outcomes
• Foster interdepartmental collaboration and communication
• Monitor and improve key performance indicators related to patient safety, satisfaction, and operational efficiency
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement and professional development

Required Qualifications

• Current RN license in state of practice or compact license
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
• Minimum 1 year of healthcare leadership experience
• BLS certification
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field
• ACLS certification
• NRP, FHM, and RNC-OB certifications
• Previous experience in women's health services
