Clinical Nurse Manager - Oncology Services

Join our dynamic healthcare organization as a Clinical Nurse Manager in our Oncology Unit. In this leadership role, you'll guide a dedicated team of healthcare professionals while ensuring exceptional patient care and maintaining the highest standards of clinical excellence.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of oncology nurses while overseeing daily unit operations and patient care delivery
  • Implement evidence-based practices to enhance patient safety and quality outcomes
  • Drive performance improvement initiatives to achieve clinical benchmarks and maintain accreditation standards
  • Manage staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure optimal patient care
  • Facilitate interdisciplinary collaboration and care coordination across departments
  • Oversee chemotherapy administration protocols and safety measures
  • Monitor and manage departmental budget, including supply chain and equipment maintenance
  • Champion patient experience initiatives and maintain high satisfaction scores

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Current RN license required
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required
  • Current Oncology Nursing Certification and Chemotherapy Administration Certificate required
  • Current BLS certification required
  • Minimum 1 year of oncology nursing leadership experience
  • Strong clinical knowledge of oncology treatments and protocols
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop healthcare teams
