Clinical Pharmacy Manager - Healthcare Leadership Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop comprehensive clinical pharmacy programs, including antimicrobial stewardship, pharmacokinetics, and therapeutic monitoring
- Oversee formulary management and implement cost-effective therapeutic strategies
- Provide expert clinical consultation to healthcare practitioners and participate in multidisciplinary rounds
- Manage drug utilization reviews and optimize medication therapy protocols
- Direct pharmacy operations in coordination with the Pharmacy Director
- Develop and maintain clinical policies and procedures aligned with regulatory requirements
- Mentor and guide clinical pharmacy staff in program implementation
Required Qualifications:
- PharmD or B.S. in Pharmacy from an ACPE-accredited institution
- Current State Board of Pharmacy license and Consultant license
- Minimum 5 years of hospital pharmacy experience
- Strong proficiency in pharmacy information systems (Meditech, Business Objects)
- Demonstrated leadership experience in clinical program development
Preferred Qualifications:
- PGY2 residency or clinical fellowship completion
- BCPS certification
- ACLS certification
- Additional credentials (FCCP, FASHP)
