Essential Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of critical care nursing professionals while maintaining highest standards of patient care
• Drive implementation of evidence-based practices to enhance patient safety and clinical outcomes
• Manage unit operations, staffing, and resource allocation to optimize healthcare delivery
• Oversee quality metrics and regulatory compliance initiatives
• Facilitate interdisciplinary collaboration to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Direct patient flow management and capacity optimization
• Monitor and control operational expenses while maintaining quality standards
• Champion patient experience initiatives and staff engagement programs

Required Qualifications

• Current Florida RN license in good standing
• Minimum 3 years recent acute care leadership experience in Critical Care
• Associate Degree in Nursing (Bachelor's preferred)
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Demonstrated leadership experience as Charge RN, Supervisor, or Manager
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
