Senior Respiratory Therapist (RRT) - Critical Care Specialist

We're seeking an experienced RRT to deliver exceptional respiratory care while working alongside our dedicated healthcare professionals in both critical care and general patient care settings.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Lead respiratory care initiatives and provide expert patient assessment, including breath sounds evaluation and airway management
• Perform advanced diagnostic procedures and therapeutic interventions
• Manage complex ventilation cases and provide critical care support
• Administer and monitor various respiratory therapies, including aerosol medications and oxygen delivery systems
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for patient care planning and emergency response
• Supervise ventilator-dependent patient transport and ensure safety protocols
• Participate in code blue situations and emergency airway management

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of respiratory therapy experience (acute care, LTAC, or similar settings)
• Current State Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) license
• Associate Degree in Respiratory Therapy (Bachelor's preferred)
• Ability to obtain BCLS, ACLS, and PALS certification within 30 days of hire
• Ability to obtain NRP certification within 60 days of hire
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
