Clinical Oncology Registered Nurse - Stem Cell Transplant Unit

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our prestigious Stem Cell Transplant Unit. In this specialized role, you'll provide expert care to patients undergoing stem cell transplantation and those with complex hematologic disorders. Essential Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive patient care for stem cell transplant recipients and hematology patients
• Implement and monitor treatment protocols according to established standards of care
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Administer chemotherapy, blood products, and cellular therapy products
• Monitor and manage post-transplant complications and side effects
• Provide patient and family education throughout the treatment journey
• Document care using electronic medical records systems

Required Qualifications:

• Active Florida RN License or eligible compact state license (FL license required within 90 days)
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred)
• Current BLS certification
• Minimum 1 year recent acute care experience
• Strong clinical background in Oncology, Dialysis, or Infusion therapy

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Transplant & Cellular Therapy (TCT) or Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT)
• ONS/OCN certification
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
