Clinical Nurse Manager - Acute Care Services

• Manage departmental resources, staffing, and budgets to optimize operational efficiency
• Drive quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with healthcare standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
• Implement evidence-based practices and maintain clinical excellence standards
• Monitor and evaluate patient care metrics and quality indicators
• Champion patient safety initiatives and risk management protocols

Required Qualifications:

• Current RN license with 2-3 years of recent leadership experience in an acute care setting
• BSN preferred; Associates in Nursing accepted
• Current BCLS certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
• Demonstrated experience in staff development and performance management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellence in communication and interpersonal skills
