Labor & Delivery Nurse Manager - Leading Women's Healthcare Center

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a large team of L&D nurses, ensuring clinical excellence and optimal patient outcomes
• Implement and maintain evidence-based clinical practices to enhance maternal and infant safety
• Drive quality improvements through data analysis and performance metrics
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation for optimal unit efficiency
• Foster a culture of excellence in patient experience and staff engagement
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care delivery

Required Qualifications

• Current RN license and Associates Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
• 2-3+ years of leadership experience as Charge RN, Supervisor, or Manager in L&D
• 3-5+ years of acute hospital nursing experience in Labor & Delivery
• Current BLS certification (or obtained within 30 days of employment)
• Neonatal Resuscitation certification (or obtained within 60 days of employment)
• Strong clinical acumen in maternal and fetal care
• Excellence in team leadership and staff development
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
