ICU/Critical Care Registered Nurse (RN) - Leading Healthcare System in Florida

We're seeking an experienced Critical Care Registered Nurse (RN) to join our award-winning ICU team. In this role, you'll provide exceptional patient care while working with state-of-the-art technology and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive critical care nursing services in our state-of-the-art ICU
• Advocate for patients and families while ensuring privacy and HIPAA compliance
• Perform thorough nursing assessments and develop evidence-based care plans
• Monitor and evaluate patient responses to treatments
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Utilize advanced medical equipment and technologies
• Document patient care activities in EMR systems
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications:

• Current Florida RN license or ability to obtain prior to start date
• Minimum 2 years of recent acute care Critical Care/ICU experience
• Current BLS certification
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Experience with ventilators, cardiac monitoring, and critical care equipment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• ACLS certification (required within 6 months of hire)
• CCRN certification
• Epic EMR experience
