Clinical Staff Registered Nurse (RN) - Acute Care

Essential Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive patient health assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Lead interdisciplinary collaboration to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Implement and evaluate patient care plans based on best clinical practices
• Coordinate with healthcare team members to optimize patient care delivery
• Provide patient and family education regarding medications, procedures, and treatments
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and medical records
• Champion patient safety initiatives and quality improvement measures
• Manage medical resources and supplies efficiently

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Current Florida RN license or ability to obtain prior to start date
• Minimum of 1 year recent RN experience (acute care experience strongly preferred)
• Current BLS certification required
• ACLS certification (required within 6 months of hire)
• BSN preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
