Cardiovascular Department Manager - Cath Lab Leadership Opportunity
Join our dynamic healthcare facility in Kansas as a Cardiovascular Department Manager, where you'll lead our state-of-the-art Cardiovascular and Imaging departments. This leadership role offers an exciting opportunity to combine clinical expertise with administrative skills in a growing healthcare environment.
Core Responsibilities:
- Direct and oversee daily operations of multiple Cardiovascular departments
- Provide strategic leadership and operational management for Imaging Services
- Develop and implement workflow optimization strategies
- Manage staff scheduling, performance, and professional development
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care
- Participate in leadership coverage rotation
Required Qualifications:
- Current ARRT registration and Kansas State Board of Healing Arts certification as a Radiologic Technologist OR
- Current Kansas RN License or Multi-State RN License
- Graduate degree from accredited Radiologic Technology program or nursing school
- Bachelor's degree
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Minimum one year leadership experience
- Strong Cath Lab experience (RN or RT)
- Demonstrated excellence in team building and clinical leadership
