Medical Telemetry Unit Manager - Clinical Nursing Leadership

Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage daily operations of the Medical Telemetry Unit, ensuring optimal patient care and staff performance
- Drive implementation of evidence-based clinical practices to enhance patient safety and quality outcomes
- Oversee staff scheduling, development, and performance management for a team of healthcare professionals
- Monitor and maintain compliance with regulatory standards, policies, and procedures
- Manage departmental budget and resource allocation effectively
- Champion patient experience initiatives and maintain high satisfaction scores
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and clinical excellence
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve organizational goals
Required Qualifications:
- Current RN license in state of practice or active compact license
- Minimum 5 years of RN experience
- 2+ years of recent acute care leadership experience (within the last year)
- BCLS certification required at hire
- ACLS certification required within 30 days of hire
- Strong clinical and operational leadership capabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
