Strategic Account Executive - Large Group Health Insurance Sales

Core Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives for Large Group and Self-funded accounts
- Build and maintain relationships with brokers, employers, and community leaders
- Lead client presentations and strategic planning sessions
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Achieve revenue targets through new business acquisition and account retention
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention
Required Qualifications:
- 6-10 years of health-related sales experience, or 4 years of large group health insurance sales experience
- Ability to obtain Nevada Health Resident Producer license within 90 days
- Valid Nevada driver's license within 30 days of hire
- Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Proven track record in strategic account management
