• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize patient flow and reduce wait times
• Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions to ensure team development
• Manage on-call rotation to maintain 24/7 operational coverage

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of Patient Access management experience in an acute care setting
• Proven track record in healthcare operations and team leadership
• Strong understanding of healthcare revenue cycle management
• Excellence in customer service and conflict resolution
