Clinical Services Manager - Home Health (RN/PT/OT)

We're seeking an experienced Clinical Services Manager to lead our home health team in delivering exceptional patient care. This role combines clinical expertise with leadership skills to oversee quality care delivery, team management, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a team of healthcare professionals through coaching, performance management, and professional development
• Oversee comprehensive patient care services, including care coordination, referral management, and care plan development
• Monitor and analyze clinical outcomes data to drive quality improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with Federal, State, and CHAP regulations
• Manage departmental budget and resource allocation
• Review program quality, utilization, and reimbursement criteria
• Drive patient satisfaction through continuous service enhancement
• Investigate and resolve patient concerns with a focus on positive outcomes

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field
• Current licensure as either:
  • Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Physical Therapist (PT)
  • Occupational Therapist (OT)
• 3+ years of clinical experience in home health care
• Current CPR certification
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Healthcare Administration or related field
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in healthcare
• Experience with quality improvement methodologies
