Clinical Program Coordinator - Immune Effector Cell Therapy | BMT/Transplant Services

Core Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary clinical resource for the multidisciplinary transplant team
• Orchestrate and facilitate telemedicine conferences between transplant physicians, referring physicians, and patients
• Manage complex patient care coordination throughout the cellular therapy journey
• Drive quality improvement initiatives and maintain FACT accreditation standards
• Lead staff education and training programs for cellular therapy protocols
• Ensure compliance with CIBMTR reporting requirements and documentation standards
• Develop and maintain therapeutic relationships with patients and families

Required Qualifications:

• Current FL RN license or active multistate license
• 3+ years recent acute care leadership experience in Transplant, BMT, Blood Cancer, Hematology, or Oncology
• Current BCLS certification
• Commitment to obtain BMTCN, OCN, or advanced degree within 2 years
• Prior experience in Transplant and Cellular Therapy (TCT) or BMT programs preferred
