Essential Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor clinical staff while maintaining advanced-level nursing expertise
- Oversee daily operations, staffing, and resource management of the acute care unit
- Drive quality improvement initiatives and monitor patient care metrics
- Implement evidence-based practices and maintain regulatory compliance
- Manage departmental budget and optimize resource utilization
- Foster a culture of patient safety and excellence in care delivery
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, families, and healthcare team members

Required Qualifications:
- Current RN license in good standing
- 2-3 years recent acute care leadership experience at Supervisor/Manager level
- Associates or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
- Current BLS certification (must obtain within 30 days of employment)
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
- Excellence in staff development and team leadership
- Experience with quality metrics and performance improvement
