Position Overview

As a Surgical Technologist, you'll collaborate with our skilled surgical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes through expert technical support and maintaining the highest standards of sterile technique.

Essential Responsibilities

• Execute complex scrub duties across diverse surgical procedures
• Maintain sterile field integrity and manage surgical instrumentation
• Anticipate surgeon needs and efficiently handle surgical equipment and supplies
• Prepare and manage surgical instruments, equipment, and supplies
• Collaborate with surgical team members to ensure patient safety
• Assist in room turnover and sterilization procedures
• Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Current Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification
• 2+ years of surgical technologist experience preferred
• Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program
• Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and instrumentation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification (must obtain within 30 days)
