Clinical Nurse Manager - Critical Care Unit (CCU)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of critical care nurses while maintaining clinical excellence and patient satisfaction
• Drive implementation of evidence-based practices and quality improvement initiatives
• Oversee daily unit operations, including staffing, scheduling, and resource management
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain Joint Commission standards
• Manage departmental budget and identify cost optimization opportunities
• Foster interdisciplinary collaboration and care coordination
• Monitor and evaluate nursing care delivery and patient outcomes
• Champion patient experience initiatives and staff engagement programs

Required Qualifications:

• Current Florida RN license in good standing
• Minimum 3 years recent acute care leadership experience in Critical Care (Charge RN, Supervisor, or Manager level)
• Associate Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Strong clinical and operational leadership capabilities
• Excellence in team building and staff development
